To all my English speaking friends. I should have done that a long time ago! You must be wondering what all that gibberish you could read for months is all about!
Well, let me explain.
First of all, you must have figured out that my girlfriend Cynthia and I had a baby boy last December. Charles-Antoine was born on December 27th.
But,, he was born with a severe heart disfunction and he needed an open heart surgery which occured on January 9th.
It was too much to handle for his little heart and Charles-Antoine died on that night.
Six months later, we are doing good. We had some hard days but the sun is shinning again.
A second baby is expected on December 27th of this year. We will know in about a month if it’s a girl or a boy.
Other than that, I’m still a teacher (so is my girlfriend) and I’m still doing some bartending/service in a restaurant during summer time (so is my girlfriend)! I’m also writing a book about what we’ve been through the last few months. It should be out (in French) before Xmas.
Life is good for us even though we’ve had some tough luck.
